About us
It is our mission to help teams of foreign workers find affordable furnished accommodation. Indirectly we increase the purchasing power of everybody.
By furnishing houses ourselves and mapping available furnished stays better, we make a better fit between supply and demand for the housing needs of foreign workers, labour migrants and flex workers.
Safety
People staying in our staff houses and apartments must feel safe and at home. That is why we pay a lot of attention to safety. All our houses comply with legal rules and have a fire safety certificate and the necessary fire facilities: extinguishers, smoke detectors, fire blanket, escape routes and maintenance certificates for heating, gas and electricity. These are checked several times a year. Our houses and tenant liability are well insured.
Well equipped
Our houses are fully adapted to the needs of your employees: good heating, sanitary facilities with hot water, and a kitchen with everything to cook, store food, wash dishes and do laundry. All linen is provided: multiple sets of bed and bath linen and kitchen linen. And unlimited fast wifi to stay in touch with home. The only thing your employees need to bring is their clothes.
Privacy
Every house or apartment has a nice living space and usually a lounge. The bedrooms have a made bed, a wardrobe and usually a small desk with a chair.
Accessible
All our houses are close to motorways, so your people reach work quickly. At the same time they are close enough to a town centre that a supermarket, butcher or bakery is never far away. Parking is free at the houses. Check-in and check-out are fast with smart locks: every employee enters and leaves with their own smartphone, no keys or reception.

Also: expats, tourists, foreign students and anyone who wants to rent a complete furnished apartment or house in Flanders.
