How do I rent a furnished house or apartment?

Contact us through the form, by phone or by e-mail. Tell us the area of your stay, how many employees will stay, how long they will stay, when you need housing and your daily or monthly budget. You receive a proposal by e-mail. If it meets your needs, we book the accommodation once you sign the rental agreement. The booking expires after four days without valid confirmation, such as a signed agreement or a deposit equal to the first month's rent.

What is the minimum rental period?

The shortest rental period is two weeks, depending on availability. You can rent for a year or longer. Exceptionally we allow shorter periods to fill gaps between two rentals.

Can I extend my rent if the project is not finished?

We try to be as flexible as possible, but everything depends on availability. Tell us before the rental period starts or as soon as you know, so we can take it into account and inform you when someone else requests the accommodation.

How and when do I receive the keys?

Our doors open with your smartphone, so no keys. You install the free Nuki app once. Before the rental period starts we send a code by text message or e-mail that you enter once in the app. After that you enter with your phone whenever you want. Instructions come with the rental agreement.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the first day you can generally enter from 16:00. On the last day you leave before 11:00. Because we use smart locks there is no physical desk, so late check-in is no problem. Please respect the neighbours' quiet. If the rental agreement states different times, those apply.

How much does a furnished house or apartment cost?

Accepted Answer

The price depends on the length of the rental, the type of house or apartment and the period. For temporary housing prices generally range between € 15 and € 20 per person per night. For a complete house at full occupancy Easy Work Stay charges € 25 to € 30 per person per night. Contact us for an exact price.

Are the prices all-inclusive?

Yes, unless the rental agreement states otherwise, all costs for electricity, water, heating, wifi, cleaning, use of the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are included. You have no unexpected costs afterwards.

Does the price change with the number of people?

Accepted Answer

The price is based on the maximum number of people the house or apartment can hold. The price does not decrease if you place fewer people than the maximum. Two people in a five-person house pay exactly the same as five people for the same period.

Do you rent rooms separately?

Accepted Answer

No. We rent houses and apartments entirely to a company, not per room. We only rent to groups of employees of the same company.

Why do we have to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

The deposit covers outstanding rental bills or damage. It is refunded after checking the property, at the latest eight days after departure. Usually the deposit equals one month's rent, but the rental agreement may state another amount.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For bookings through a platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform's policy applies. For direct bookings, unless agreed otherwise: free cancellation up to 48 hours after signing, provided the agreement is signed at least seven days before the start. More than fourteen days before the start: full refund of the rent paid. Between seven and fourteen days: 50% refund. Less than seven days: no refund. Cancelling during the rental period: the current month's rent is not refunded and a one-month termination fee applies.

Which services do you offer?

We do not offer hotel services such as regular cleaning, linen changes, meals or a reception. You rent a self-catered house or apartment. Cleaning equipment and products are provided so residents can clean themselves. A washing machine and dryer are free to use. All cooking equipment and a dishwasher are provided.

Do we have to bring our own linen?

No. For each person we provide a double set of bed and bath linen, plus kitchen linen. Each house or apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. There is no hotel service, so linen is not changed during the stay. On departure, collect the dirty linen in the storage room.

Can tourists book too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because the houses are fully equipped for groups (single beds, good wifi, easy access to industrial zones), they are mainly used as workforce housing, but they can also serve as holiday homes as long as you do not expect a swimming pool or sauna.

Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.

Can I smoke inside?

Accepted Answer

No, smoking is strictly forbidden in the house or apartment. It is allowed on the terrace provided the cigarettes are cleaned up.

Do I have to clean when I leave?

Accepted Answer

We have a team that cleans after your departure. We do count on respect: leave the property in an acceptable state and according to the house rules.
