Furnished workforce housing in Antwerp

Easy Work Stay rents fully furnished houses and apartments to companies housing temporary teams in Belgium. For Antwerp we work with properties on the west side of the city and across the wider region, so crews reach the port, industrial zones and sites easily.

Our property in Sint-Gillis-Waas sits close to the E34: 15–20 minutes to (the port of) Antwerp, 25 minutes to (the port of) Ghent. The E17 is a 15-minute drive. Sint-Niklaas (13 min), Lokeren (25 min) and the Dutch border (9 min) are nearby too.

For larger teams, Gent East Stay in Stekene combines four apartments up to 20 beds, 20 minutes from both the port of Antwerp and the port of Ghent.

Every property is fully equipped: beds with linen, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, wifi, smart TV and a smart lock so each employee enters and leaves with their phone. Electricity, water, heating and wifi are included.

We rent a complete house or apartment to employees of the same company, never per room. The minimum rental period is two weeks.
