Ideal for 4 up to 20 workers across the four apartments. Each apartment houses 4, 5 or 7 employees.
20 minutes from (the port of) Ghent and (the port of) Antwerp. The E34 is a 5-minute drive, the E17 15 minutes.
Near Sint-Niklaas (15 min), Lokeren (20 min), Antwerp (30 min) and Ghent (40 min). The Dutch border is 8 minutes away, Terneuzen 35 minutes.
Large modern bathroom per apartment with shower and two sinks, towels for everyone and a separate guest toilet.
